The staff were very helpful. They wanted to sell us tours, but we explained that we had plans and they were fine with that. They even offered to mail an item I forgot in the room. It was a little noisy at the street front from traffic but earplugs help a lot. The baguettes were excellent!

very helpful staff, very clean rooms especially the bathroom. quiet.
If you are a middle aged solo traveller be prepared to get manhandled by the touts and pimps outside.

Fair hotel for price, have stayed at cheaper hotels which we preferred. Positives, pleasant staff (although slightly overbearing at times), water and fruit on arrival, offer of shower after check out, good location to shops, dong ba market. Negatives, no lift, doesn't seem like a deal breaker but once you have climbed 6 flights of stairs in the humid conditions it seems like a nightmare! Really the worst element of the hotel, but I think a room on a higher floor is better for the noise element. Room was very noisy, throughout, with ear plugs we slept fine though. Bathroom was pretty poor, but shower was surprisingly powerful. Air con worked great and hotel kept our bags for the day after check out. Be careful of room price if you only reserve a room online, we were over charged slightly (not a big issue but it is annoying) and we witnessed another couple checking out a room to be told two very different prices, to which they left without booking. All in all, a fair room to see Hue but wouldnt stay more than one night.

Room was clean, with a TV and air con. Great choice for the price paid. Small breakfast but to be expected as it was included. Good location in the centre the centre of Hue. Walking distance to the citadel (20 minutes) or a very short ride away.
We were on the top floor and there were a lot of steps to the top, so if you are elderly / have problems with many steps then ask for a room on a lower floor.

The room had a balcony which was a nice surprise and the staff were really helpful and friendly.
Lots of steps which might be an issue for some people. The wifi didn't work too well in the rooms either.

the hostess Hanh was amazing. She looked after all my queries & needs really well. A credit to the hotel
I stayed on the 5th floor so there wasn't any water in the morning during peak shower time
